How words are matched: whole-word, case-insensitive word/phrase matches, including possessive forms and words the KJV prints as translator-supplied italics. So KJV “heaven” and “kingdom of heaven” both include Matthew 19:12’s “kingdom of heaven’s sake”; “heavenly” and “archangel” are not counted as “heaven” or “angel”. These are not strict exact-spelling totals.
The phrase “angelic beings” (possessives included) appears 0 times in the KJV; see angelic terms instead. These are counts of English wording in one edition—not every conceptual reference, an original-language concordance, a number of beings, or proof of doctrine. Themes overlap and are never added together.
